Matthias Kolanski has been a (non-equity) partner at our law firm since 2025 and has spent the majority of his professional career at our firm – first as a trainee lawyer, then as a lawyer and finally as a tax consultant and tax law specialist. With his dual qualification, he combines in-depth knowledge of law and tax, which makes him particularly qualified to deal with complex issues at the interface between the two specialist areas.
Matthias Kolanski supports clients when it comes to tax-related legal advice. In particular, he is a competent partner for succession issues such as anticipated succession, gift tax, will drafting and inheritance tax as well as criminal tax law. His in-depth expertise and extensive experience make him a reliable partner for complex tax and legal issues.
